SMOKED SALMON AND PATE PURSE
We take fresh smoked salmon, made fresh by our friends at Grindstone Neck of Maine and stuff it with smoked salmon pate and wrap it like a present. Served with sliced red onion, capers, fresh lemon and crackers. Perfect to compliment a drink on the deck.
